How does LodgeNex protect my privacy and dats?

We take data security seriously and have strict measures in place to protect your information. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

We only charge a small subscription to make sure that we can provide you the continuous quality service as per our agreement with a dedicated team of customer support individuals.
LodgeNex does not charge anything for the advertisements or Lead Generation from the realtors, that is all covered by us.

We wish we could provide you with test services, but we do not work on pre-generated or old leads. LodgeNex only focuses on generating fresh and interested buyers and sellers to make sure that the intent of the customer is genuine, once verification is done they are passed to the relevant realtor in their area immediately.

LodgeNex allows you to decline a lead under specific, fair conditions. A lead may be rejected if the contact details are not functional and you’re unable to establish communication, if the enquiry falls outside your assigned service areas, or if the lead is a previous client of yours. In cases involving prior clients, simple proof such as a screenshot is required. Once validated, the rejected lead will be promptly replaced to ensure continuity and value.

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Are there multiple agents working in one area?

LodgeNex registers a limited number of agents within each area based on factors such as size, population, and market demand. Additional agents are only onboarded when lead volume supports expansion without compromising lead quality or our guarantee of exclusivity. Regardless of the number of agents in an area, every referral remains exclusive.

LodgeNex guarantees a minimum of one lead per month. On average, partner agents receive 2 to 5 verified leads per month, with some agents receiving significantly higher volumes depending on market size, demand, and traffic. Lead volume is directly influenced by the areas you assign to us. However, all leads are guaranteed to be verified, exclusive, and sourced from your assigned areas. We do not compromise on quality.

LodgeNex delivers leads through three channels: live transfers, scheduled appointments, and SMS/email notifications. We are also developing a dedicated client portal to track and manage all assigned leads, with an expected launch by Q3 2026.

We offer multiple membership plans with varying fees and commission structures. Each plan is designed to suit different budgets, markets, and business goals, allowing you to choose the option that best aligns with your needs.

LodgeNex is not a mass lead marketplace. We focus on verified, exclusive referrals sourced from your assigned areas, ensuring every opportunity is relevant and actionable. Leads are delivered through real-time live transfers, scheduled appointments, or direct notifications, and are never shared with multiple agents. Our market-specific approach, limited agent onboarding, and commitment to quality over volume allow partner agents to focus on meaningful conversations rather than chasing unqualified leads.

How many pictures can I get virtually staged, and is there a limit?

The number of virtually staged images depends on your selected plan.
Limits are clearly defined upfront to ensure consistent quality and turnaround.

Most image edits and virtual staging requests are completed within a short turnaround window, typically ranging from 24 to 48 hours, depending on volume and complexity.

Editing is included based on your chosen plan. Any additional or out-of-scope requests are communicated transparently before proceeding.

You can submit your photos by emailing them directly to your assigned account manager. Completed images are delivered electronically once processing is complete.

Yes. Revision requests are supported within reasonable limits to ensure the final output meets your expectations.

How do live transfers work?

A member of our Lead Department will contact you, share the relevant details, and introduce you to the client through a live conference call. From there, you take the conversation forward directly with the client.

Yes. All live transfers and scheduled appointments are pre-qualified to ensure they meet basic criteria and show genuine intent.
