Refund Policy

1. One-Time Setup Fee

LodgeNex charges a one-time setup fee at the time of registration. This fee covers administrative onboarding, account configuration, system access, territory allocation, and initial activation within the LodgeNex referral network.

The setup fee is earned upon account activation, subject only to the limited refund eligibility described below.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund of the one-time setup fee may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The realtor receives no leads whatsoever from LodgeNex within sixty (60) calendar days from the date the account is activated

  • The account remains active, in good standing, and compliant with LodgeNex policies during the 60-day period

  • The realtor has provided accurate, complete, and functional contact information and has not restricted or impeded lead delivery

If at least one verified lead is delivered within the 60-day period, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

Refunds are not based on:

  • The outcome, quality, timing, or conversion of any lead

  • The realtor’s ability or inability to close a transaction

  • Market conditions, pricing strategy, responsiveness, or business practices

LodgeNex does not guarantee closings, commissions, or transaction success, consistent with NAR ethical standards.

3. Refund Processing and Method

  • Approved refunds apply only to the one-time setup fee and will be reduced by any non-recoverable transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.

  • Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • LodgeNex does not control processing timelines, which are governed by the policies of Stripe, Square, or other applicable payment processors.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • One or more leads are delivered during the 60-day period

  • Lead delivery is prevented due to unavailable service areas, inaccurate information, or realtor’s unresponsiveness

  • The account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, unethical conduct, misuse of leads, or non-compliance with applicable laws or REALTOR® standards

  • The refund request is submitted after the 60-day eligibility window

  • Any fees unrelated to the one-time setup fee

5. No Waiver of Legal or Ethical Obligations

Nothing in this Refund Policy shall be construed as:

  • A guarantee of income, commission, or transaction success

  • An inducement to violate REALTOR® ethical obligations

  • A representation that LodgeNex acts as a broker or party to any real estate transaction

Realtors remain solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, local, and professional regulations.

6. Policy Updates

LodgeNex reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to maintain compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and payment processor requirements. Any changes will take effect prospectively and will be made available through official LodgeNex channels.
